I have joined 'Stitch from Stash', it is being hosted by Mel at 'Epic Stitching', which is a year long challenge and you have a budget of $25 (US) per month only to spend on your craft stash and there is monthly and a yearly prize to be won. Each month you email Mel with your spending and she will kindly keep track.
As I am in Poland I will be converting the $25 amount into Zloty, giving me a monthly budget of 75 pln per month to spend - wow that is a lot of money.
